MMSE to be removed from Mediquations

March 19th, 2009

I have received unfortunate news from Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR).  This company has contacted me and requested that I remove Folstein’s MMSE from Mediquations.  I unfortunately have no choice but to comply with their request.

I am deeply sorry I have to remove the MMSE from Mediquations.  Please consider sending an email to Vicki King, executive assistant to the CEO of PAR, with concerns regarding the importance of having the MMSE built into Mediquations.  In addition, if there is another good substitution you would prefer to have in Mediquations, please let me know.

Thank you,

Zack, Designer & Developer of Mediquations

Here is the email I received from PAR:

We do not have any record of granting you permission to use the MMSE and request that you remove the MMSE from your website immediately.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
