Mediquations, the first medical calculator for the iPhone, has been retired.
I've made the difficult decision to discontinue Mediquations to focus on future projects.
Thank you for your support over the last 12 years!
If you've purchased Mediquations in the past, you can still reinstall your purchase for the near future via the App Store through the 'purchased' section.
If you purchased the iOS app after December 15, 2020 and would like a refund, please contact Apple to see if you are eligible for a refund. Keep in mind only Apple can process refunds.
If you purchased the Android app after December 15, 2020 and would like a refund, please request a refund through Google.

The Ultimate Medical Calculator
235 Equations on your iPhone and iPad.
The Original, Most Comprehensive Medical Calculator for iOS.

Mediquations for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad brings over 230 medical calculations and scoring tools to your fingertips with the elegance you expect out of a native iPhone application. If you're a health professional, Mediquations is quite possibly the most important companion for your iPhone or iPad!
- Selected as a "Staff Favorite" by Apple
- Featured by Apple in the RSNA 2008 Conference
- Featured by Apple in the "What's Hot for iPad" section on the App Store
An Interface Prized by Apple
Mediquations provides powerful search, categories, and favorites to make the equations you use readily available. In addition, save results for viewing later. If you have an Apple Watch, you can quickly view saved results straight on your watch. As an example, in a stroke alert, you can have the NIH Stroke Scale result readily available from an Apple Watch glance.
Flexible Units
Mediquations supports US and SI units. Switch between US and SI units on the fly, or tell Mediquations which units you prefer.
Constantly Evolving
Since starting as the first medical calculator on the Apple App Store, Mediquations is being constantly updated with new features, equations, and enhancements. If you have any suggestions to make Mediquations better, please let us know.
Whether you're a doctor, nurse, respiratory therapist, or medical student, we hope you find Mediquations as incredibly useful as we do!

New in Version 38:
- Version 38 now has support for iPhone X.
- Fixed table views not showing entire equations on other devices.
- Given changes to the Watch OS API, I have decided to discontinue Apple Watch support for Mediquations. I may bring it back in the future if I can think of a particularly useful feature to incorporate the Apple Watch.
- Mediquations now requires iOS 11 and higher.
New Equations:
- Delirium 4AT Score (for Delirium and Cognitive Impairment)
